The background to BSL's success... a story still in the making

Bruce Sawford edited and published magazines for over 40 years, working alongside Felix Dennis at Dennis Publishing in the UK.

Looking for a new challenge he switched to magazine licensing, latterly setting up the eponymous Bruce Sawford Licensing... otherwise now known as BSL.

The offer had to be both simple and effective... to provide a turnkey service that performs the function of a virtual licensing department while incurring no overhead for either of the publishers involved.

BSL has arranged over 200 agreements in its 15 years of operation and its database contains some 9500 contacts across 6130 companies in 106 countries around the world.

In short, BSL's mission is to make international magazine licensing safe, easy and profitable.
